Elgin Feeds - Country Store has an immediate opening for a full-time Retail Lead Hand to provide a great customer experience and to help grow our retail business.Responsibilities would include providing outstanding customer service, sharing product knowledge, responding to customer inquiries ordering product, inventory control, receiving store product and verifying paperwork. Must be able to lift 25kg.Farming background or an appreciation of a rural community would be an asset.We offer a friendly work environment; competitive wages, benefit package and clothing allowance.Willing to train and room for advancement.Hours of work are Monday to Friday with some Saturdays but no Sunday hours.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00-$19.00 per hourBenefits:
