  • 2nd level IT support to users (Software / Hardware)
  • Prepare and configure desktops/processes according to the client rules
  • Deliver PCs to customers
  • Software and Hardware installation
  • IT Asset Management
  • Troubleshooting Request Tracking and Administration
  • Work with process analysts
  • Perform compliance tasks as needed
  • Factory travel/mobility required
  • 37.5-hour workweek
Skills required:
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT
  • A valid driving license is required
  • Secondary 5 (or equivalent)
  • PED or CTA or equivalent training (preferred)
  • Able to speak, read and write in French
  • Functional spoken/written English is required
Technical skills required:
  • Windows 10 Operating Systems
  • Office 365 Suite
  • Active Directory
Technical skills (preferred):
  • Development of technical procedures
  • Mobile Phone Knowledge (Android/iOS)
  • Knowledge of iPad and other tablets
  • IPV4 knowledge for printer configuration
  • Software Licensing Knowledge
