Achieve your ambitions—join us at JLL!JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of CMMS Administrator to provide reliable, timely, efficient support to a brokerage team at our Calgary location. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. This role provides a wide variety of support services to the brokerage team and the successful candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude.RESPONSIBILITIESA thorough knowledge of maintenance activities and expertise in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), specifically inventory management/control and preventive maintenance schedulingAbility to prioritize, schedule, and logistically support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesSkilled trade training or equivalent technical expertiseEntry of requisition requests in the procurement system, as well as tracking available funds in maintenance blanket purchase ordersActively work with the network Facilities staff and local site Facilities teams & OEM’s to identify appropriate levels of min and max material inventory levels, organize logical parts identification and storage, regularly audit these levels and interact with external vendors and internal procurement personnelScheduling preventive maintenance activities through a common, network-wide CMMS and may also help with floor activities as neededProviding training to the Facilities team so that each tech understands and is able to utilize the toolInteracting with other similar roles in the network to share best practices, lessons learned, and even plan and setup central network parts storage where value-addedAdditional ResponsibilitesMatch completed work orders to invoices for accounts payableUpdate the Facilities budget trackerCross-reference equipment manufacturer’s part numbers with vendor part/item numbersSetup bins for parts storage when appropriateCoordinate emergency repairs with external vendors, management, & purchasingCreate reports for the FM and maintain visual management charts dealing with: PM completion, budget performance, downtime, labor tracking, and othersOwn the organizing and maintaining of purchase orders, work requests and associated filesPromote and conduct good housekeeping practicesPossibly function as floor support for absenteeism and vacation supportEnsure and drive best practices standardization across all Facilities departments at all sitesPhysical DemandsRepetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walkingLifting parts and tools weighing on average 20 pounds, occasionally weighing up to 80 poundsDexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals) manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfacesOperation Support and Customer ServicePromoting and conduct good housekeeping practicesFlexibility with work hours and days.
