Responsibilities: Operate a tractor with an end dump and flat decks with trailers.Conduct Commercial Vehicle inspections daily and report on pre/post trip forms.Ensure all DOT and load securement regulations are followed.Track all vehicle and any maintenance directly into your phone app and report deficiencies immediately.Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.Completing the proper documentation for each job using smartphone app.Complete weekly vehicle maintenance.Maintaining the cleanliness of all units.Perform other duties as requested by manager.Must be a highly motivated individual.Qualifications: Valid Class One 1 or 3 Operator’s license is required with a clean operator’s abstract (commercial drivers abstract).Minimum of 3 - 5 years of directly related operating experience; including tractor-trailer trucks.Experience with Load Securement in accordance with Alberta Load Securement Practices.Previous experience operating a lift truck is be considered an asset.Clear and precise verbal and written communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $22.00-$25.00 per hourAdditional pay:
