Key ResponsibilitiesContributing to the overall success of the Sales Department, the Junior Sales Assistant will be responsible for playing a dynamic and important role in delivering and achieving specific outcomes in each of the following areas:Lot / Showroom Maintenance

• Maintain and oversee the appearance and vehicles on the Lot through washing, removing debris and snow, and picking up garbage
• Provide health checks on new and used vehicles both in the Showroom and on the Lot
• Coordinate and maintain showroom displays and signage, ensuring all point of sale and promotional materials are up-to-date and reflective of current promotions.

Sales Delivery Preparation

• Organize and prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring everything is ready for customer pick-up
• Keep open and constant communication with the Sales Consultants
• Greet and assist customers as needed during peak times

Social Media Advertising & Used Vehicle Assistance

• Assist with the intake of used vehicles including coordinating the reconditioning of vehicles for sale
• Advertise new and used incoming units on social media platforms
• Assist with used vehicle inventory search

• Continually maintain a professional image of the company
• Ability to perform physical work which includes prolonged standing, walking and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
