Coordinates smallamp; mid-sized on-site installations, moves, adds or changes (iMAC services) for deskside related workstations and non-clinical connected peripherals. Coordinates the planning and execution of smallamp; mid-sized projects and refresh strategies as it relates to computer workstations and non-clinical connected peripherals and locally installed eHS supported software. Works closely with IT Deskside Operations Manager, Team Leads, eHS Tier 3 teams, and Vendors to ensure client needs and satisfaction are met. Our team members participate in an after-hours standby rotation to provide operations and support for service availability 24/7/365.The position requires the ability to lift equipment between 50 and 65 pounds.
