Exciting Opportunity: Tommy Gun #39;s is coming to North Battleford and we are looking for a Shop Manager/Operator to lead the team!Tommy Gun’s is on the hunt for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill the crucial role of Shop Manager/ Operator. We want YOU to be a part of our exciting journey! We are not just looking for an employee to lead an amazing team of Barbers and Guest Services; we are seeking a passionate Barbershop Manager who will ensure every client has an exceptional Tommy Gun’s experience from the moment they step through our doors.Position: Shop Manager / OperatorWork Term: Full-timeLocation: North Battleford (location coming soon!)Wage: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, plus bonuses Benefits

Requirements to Thrive with Us:
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills - can you go above and beyond for every guest, every time
  • Master excellent written and verbal communication skills—be the voice that answers emails and phone calls, manages service queues, and supports your team
  • Exceptional time-management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Work collaboratively as part of the shop leadership team
  • Team Member recruitment, retention, training and management
  • Customer Service, managing the queue, excellence with Guest interaction
  • Weekly and monthly reporting requirements (Sales, KPI’s, Payroll, etc.)
  • Bring familiarity with visual (retail) merchandising and product inventory (an asset!)
  • Any other duties outlined by the Business Owner
  • Bonus points for experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa
