Job Description

  • Determine orientation training needs of new hires
  • Observe and evaluate employee work to determine progress, provide feedback, and make suggestions for improvement
  • Supervise and monitor employee’s use of tools and equipment.
  • Determine orientation training needs of new hires
  • Participate training sessions to keep abreast of developments in the field and integrate relevant information into training programs.
  • Administer oral, written, or performance tests to measure progress and to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Perform skill assessments as well as train, coach, and mentor new hires
  • Teach employees regarding all safety rules and regulations
  • Interpret company policy and accurately communicate to staff
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with supervisors and managers
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic
  • Self-starter and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Steel-toed boots& safety vest required
