Position Summary:The Business Development Manager (BDM) drives sales and profit growth within an assigned geographical area. The BDM is responsible for driving results through prospecting, training, and developing effective sales strategies and programs, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, and determining the potential impact a new trend may have on the company’s products and services. The BDM has the business acumen to understand and communicate the Positec commercial business model to potential dealers, resellers, and end customers (as appropriate). The BDM must rely on previous sales experience to be able to connect to the Dealer and to understand and explain Positec’s commercial brand, Kress, and the product’s leading advantages.
