At Radical AI, we believe in learning by doing, building impactful AI tools while providing a platform where people can grow their skills and advance their careers.Role Overview:Join us as a Software Engineer at Radical AI and immerse yourself in the core of AI development. Your expertise will transform creative AI concepts into practical, working applications. You #39;ll bring your coding skills to life by enhancing both our front-end and back-end systems, ensuring they deliver a seamless and high-performance experience for all Radical AI missions. You #39;ll also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects like Kai (https://kai.radicalai.app/) and other innovative digital tools such as an AI Teaching Assistant, AI Career Coach, and AI Project Manager.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work together on AI projects like an AI Teaching Assistant, AI Career Coach, and AI Project Manager to improve them.
  • Help design, write, and check software as part of a team.
  • Explore and use the newest AI technologies and approaches.
  • Make our internal processes better by using automation and improving how we use data.
Requirements
  • Strong interest in AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
  • Excellent skills in analysis, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
  • Good at communicating and working in teams.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud and AWS, and full-stack development tools like React and Node.js.
  • Preferably experienced with Python and AI development frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • A background in Computer Science, AI, or similar areas, ideally with a Bachelor #39;s or Master #39;s degree, is preferred.
