This includes a general undertaking of construction and/or manufacturing operations, such as cabinetry production in a manufacturing shop, ready to move, modular, renovation, maintenance, and/or on site builds. Projects are delivered to a variety of clients including governmental, private sector, Indigenous communities and non-governmental organizations.CORCAN Instructors provide direct provision of the employment and employability program for offenders through on the job training provided by CORCAN. Its purpose is to aid in the safe reintegration of offenders into Canadian society by providing employability skills, employment and training opportunities, vocational certification, and employment support services to offenders. CORCAN operates under a governance structure with a Headquarters in the National Capital Region, and offers offender employment and employability services, on the job and vocational training sites, and sales support in every region of the country.
