Customer Service Attendant Full TimeSTONY RAPIDS SKSnowbird Aviation Services is Saskatchewan #39;s largest full-service aviation ground support company, providing safety focused service to Saskatchewan #39;s largest regional airline, Rise Air. Snowbird Aviation has an opportunity as a Customer Service Attendant within Stony Rapids, Saskatchewan.As a fundamental member of our team:

  • You will help coordinate customer service requirements for visitors, passengers and flight crews including: assist with passenger and baggage check-ins.
  • You will assist with baggage-handling and ground services to customers and aircraft.
  • You will maintain the facility and property in a clean, safe and professional environment.
  • You will receive and communicate weather information, flight times and passenger loads.
  • You will have the opportunity to assist with aircraft taxiing procedures which includes aircraft marshalling and greeting customers
  • You will communicate weather, flight and passenger information
This position would be ideal for you if:
  • You have a passion for customer service
  • Are safety conscious
  • Have excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Possess the flexibility to work shifts
  • Good analytical and decision making skills are required to assess critical incidents in order to develop effective contingency plans
  • Successful applicant will be required to obtain an Aircraft Radio License.
