The Company leverages its wholly owned technology development subsidiary, Hifyre Inc., to continually advance its proprietary retail operations model.District Manager Job OverviewThe District Sales Manager leads a group of Fireamp; Flower shops on a journey to Deliver Cannabis to the World through industry leading guest experiences and consistent operational excellence. In this role we require a committed, hands-on leader who upholds our high standards, executes with precision and is passionate about educating their team and our customers about our products. The District Manager is the ultimate Fireamp; Flower ambassador.Additionally, this position will recruit and select shop leaders who demonstrate Fireamp; Flower #39;s core values. They will mentor, coach, and develop shop leaders by setting clear expectations and demonstrating excellence by their own example. The District Manager supports the Regional Sales Manager by communicating company directives to their assigned shops and reinforcing the company vision and mission. The District Manager is responsible for the sales performance of their district, secret shop scores, team member engagement, community partnerships, prospecting and opening new shop locations and visiting their shops on a regular basis.
