Job Description

Canlan Sports is the largest private-sector owner and operator of recreational sports complexes in North America. The company #39;s success in the sports and recreation industry is attributed to a focus on innovative programming, service excellence, world-class sports communities , and an understanding of its customers†expectations and the commitment needed to deliver industry-leading participant experiences.Canlan Ice Sports is currently looking for InstructorsAs an Instructor you will consistently provide exceptional customer experiences through the execution / delivery of sport specific programs (as set out in the standardized portfolio brands) within the Canlan environment. Instructors will also assist in the preparation of lesson plans for programs.QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIAL SKILLS:

  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (daytime, eveningsamp; weekends).
  • Team oriented.

  • Strong Communicator.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills.
  • Strong Work Ethic.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  • Two years of sports instructing experience preferred
  • Past Coaching/Teaching Experience preferred.
  • Graduation from a university/college in the Sports/Leisure Administration field would be an asset.
  • Physical Education and/or Sport Management background preferred.
