• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional analysts to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud and UKG Pro Workforce Management applications to meet business needs, including defining workflows, data models, and custom development.
• Develop and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG Pro Workforce Management, and other third-party systems or providers.. Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud, UKG Dell Boomi, or other integration tools to design, build, test, and deploy interfaces, data conversions, and batch processes.
• Provide ongoing technical support and issue resolution for Oracle HCM Cloud and UKG applications. Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Oracle Support, the UKG Community portal, or other vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
• Translate business requirements into BI architectural/technical solutions, eliciting system and functional requirements through various methods.
• Coordinate and participate in system upgrades and enhancement projects, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to users. Conduct impact analysis, perform testing, and deploy new features, patches, and bug fixes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, integration specifications, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud and UKG Pro Workforce Management features, functionalities, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the Oracle and UKG ecosystems.

• Have 6-9 years of technical experience in IT HCM business application support, specifically with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management (or related UKG) solutions.
• Have a degree in computer science, business administration or information technology (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
• A Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or UKG Dell Boomi is an asset.
