• Develop subject matter expertise in Nutrien Financial business area, including the credit, collections and financial program management to enable effective and efficient support of critical business systems.
• Use your experience in Project Delivery, ensure adherence to roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and strategic goals.
• Coordinate, monitor, and report on the scheduling, performance, and financial health of Nutrien Financial projects.
• Participate and contribute to business portfolio planning and IT roadmap for future growth initiatives.
• Be an active partner in the implementation and support of SAP S/4 HANA CML, SAP S/4 HANA FSCM-CR, and integrate with other related technologies centering on financials, credit management, collections, and loans.
• Act as a Liaison between IT and our Business Partners to collaborate on system solution components required to ensure functional deliverables align with business needs.
• Facilitate detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions, identify, interpret, validate, and document requirements.
• Work with vendors, partners, and project teams to facilitate definition of project scope, goals and deliverables for large system implementations and enhancements.
• Care-for and oversee the work of third-party providers to ensure activities meets the expectations of Nutrien.
• Oversee and review testing plans and outcomes to validate proposed solutions meet business needs.
• Deliver creative ideas for technology improvements through thequot;Art of the Possible quot;.
• Work self-directed and self-guided; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.

What you will bring:

• 8 or more years practical experience in ERP solution analysis/design/configuration/development in an enterprise environment. Experience with SAP S/4, ideally SAP Credit Management (FIN-FSCM-CR) would be an asset
• A professional degree in computer science, finance, or business. A combination of education and experience may also be considered.
• Excellent knowledge of, and experience with budgeting, resource allocation and leveling, release management and project scheduling practices.
• Experience in business analysis, functional solution design and delivery across the ERP lifecycle
• Excellent interpersonal and team developing skills with a positive attitude and ability to establish relationships with finance business leaders, IT peers and key vendors
• Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to excel within small and large groups of diverse levels within the organization
• Ability to lead, guide and leverage relationships with business and IT to develop compelling system solutions to business problems
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in an enthusiastic and self-directed environment
• Must be able to think calmly in high stress environment, and perform under pressure
• Willingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, management and help coach/lead junior team members
• High energy, outcome and results inspired while able to deliver in tight deadlines, competing priorities and multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience working with large vendors and system integrators, within a remote global environment
• Outcome and results driven with capabilities to meet critical project asks
• Conducts themselves in a professional manner
• Financial designation or thorough financial systems background considered an asset
