Located on the edge of the Richelieu, the residence is warm and has the pleasure of welcoming autonomous and semi-autonomous residents.Here we have delicious full meals at low prices, free parking, a social club, continuing education, not to mention free coffees and smiles!Your contribution will allow us to offer a safe environment and quality of life to residents. Come make a difference in the lives of our seniors and join us!We are currently looking for a talented beneficiary attendant who cares about the health of residents to be part of our dynamic team.Permanent full-time position, in the form of 7/15 night shifts from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and every other weekend.THE PERSON MUST HAVE COMPETENCE 7.ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors #39; home certification and employer policies
  • Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
  • Contribute to the adjustment of a residents #39; action plan based on their observations
  • In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
  • Proactively assist and support the residents
  • Respond to all emergency situations
  • While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
  • Law 90 training
  • Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
  • PDSB training
