As an IPS Payroll & Benefits Specialist, the successful individual will be responsible for processing employee pay information and supporting benefits, in compliance with legislative requirements across multiple provinces. Additionally, the Payroll & Benefits Specialist will continuously apply Servant Leadership principles to build trust and open communication as she/he supports IPS Service Centers and Corporate in all Payroll, and Benefits related tasks.
