You will be part of a passionate team dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining an exceptional store environment. Your role will be pivotal in greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to products that align with their health goals.Skill/Qualifications:Essential:

  • Background in nutrition as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist or similar certification.
  • RHN, IHN, or Health Related certificate.
  • 1 - 5 years of experience in a health food store.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong computer skills.
Your Roleamp; Responsibilities:As a health educator, your primary focus will be on customer well-being, assisting them in finding products that support their health journey. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Providing customers with not only their needs, but finding the products that will serve their overall health and wellness journey.
  • Handling phone inquiries.
  • Receiving and restocking deliveries.
  • Operating the POS system for customer transactions.
