This person is dedicated and compassionate. Behaviour Interventionists are responsible for assisting Behaviour Analysts to implement and embed behaviour reduction and skill acquisition plans throughout the day using our philosophy of a student/client centred lifespan approach. The candidate will assist students/clients with day to day activities, monitor their behaviour, record and collect data on clients progress, and communicate with clients’ families. Personal care of student/client may also be required. Other duties may include clerical and administrative duties.To be successful in this role, you will display a compassionate nature, empathy and discretion in your work. You will have excellent communication and time management skills and be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients, supervisors and colleagues.
