Why We Need You:Our Practice Coach is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist. You will play a critical role within FYidoctors and be crucial to our success by delivering world-class service to our patients.Youll often be the first point of contact with the public, so you must bring with you your passion for people and your drive to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our doctors doing preliminary and auxiliary testing.This position is a full-time, permanent role working up to 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.What Will You Be Doing
  • Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
  • Administering pre-testing services
  • Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts as well as billing and payments
  • Office administrative tasks including the processing of mail, filing, and faxing
  • Assisting with the presentation and sales of retail of eyewear products
