Additionally maintaining a high level of guest and employee experience. They will work in cooperation with departmental Assistant Managers and Team Leaders to ensure that the training content and standard operating procedure are both manageable for staff and are in accordance with the safety and service standard goals of these departments.Hourly Rate: $20.09Status: Full Time, SeasonalWHAT WILL I BE DOINGWork alongside staff in all areas of the operationSet clear expectations for staff, motivate, coach, & recognize great performance. Implementing new policies and procedures and ensuring compliance; provides staff with the tools that they require to complete the job and/or task expected of them.Monitor the delivery of products and ensure quality meets the standards set by the department and the company; Handle customer service shortfalls and service recovery in coordination with the Assistant Manager, Recreation AttractionsEnsures the accuracy and timeliness of PayrollAssist with on-boarding new employees, continues training and evaluating performance; assists with coordinating of staff to include hiring, scheduling, uniforms, rewards & recognitions, performance reviews and corrective coaching.Prepare, execute and document a comprehensive training plan for the department. This includes all mandatory training as per the MOL; Coordination of accident/incident procedures along with documentationDaily assessment of the operations to determine opening/closing times, delays of regularly scheduled operating hours etc.WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOUPost Secondary Commerce/Business degree/diploma or equivalent work experience required2 years’ of leadership experience at a Supervisory levelTraining program execution and management.Labour cost control; consistently looking for efficiencies in our processes.Coaching for performance.
