All team members will continually strive to exceed our guest’s expectations of Terrain Parks.Hourly Rate: $17.00Status: Full Time and Part Time positions avail, SeasonalWHAT WILL I BE DOINGBuilds take-offs and landings and installation of rails and other park features.Builds new features or improves existing features using hand tools, such as rakes and shovels.Provides constant care and maintenance of rail features and jumps and have knowledge of when a feature should be open or closed .Ensures all signage, fencing and park entrances are in order and inspects features to a high level of safety.Monitors and fixes any and all equipment used in support of the Terrain Park and Events.Assists in the day to day operational activities of the Terrain Park, including but limited to opening procedures, daily logs, maintenance of hits, features, fencing and dye marking, assisting groomers and other general maintenance duties.Responsible for the tools, collateral and equipment used in builds.Makes safety the number one priority - making sure that everyone is conducting themselves appropriately in the workplace and educating the public and staff in the park.Responsible for focusing on ease-of-entry into the sport by being engaged and empathetic to the needs of beginners into the Terrain Park.Inform Team Lead/Supervisor of unusual or unsafe situations.WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOUStrong skier/snowboarderMust be able to work on steep gradesMust be able to work in all weather conditions including wind, snow, sleet, snow gunsMust be able to perform physically enduring tasks in winter weather conditionsMust be professional, energetic and dependable.Must be an enthusiastic, active user of a Terrain Park.
