Job Description

Acadian Wild Blueberry Company is recruiting for Production Supervisors for multiple processing facilities located in Bois-Gagnon New Brunswick. This position will be subject to shift work including 12-hour shifts rotating both day shifts and night shifts.Responsibilities:
  • Supervisory duties overseeing all production aspects related to the line
  • Work with various teams within the production department
  • Training, coaching, and providing feedback to Production Personnel reporting to this position
  • Ensuring proper operations of production equipment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience leading a team would be considered an asset
  • Experience in food processing would be considered an asset
Desired Qualities and Abilities:
  • Ability to work lead and be a part of a team
  • Follow all policies and procedures and work in a safe manner
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
  • Sense of urgency
  • Problem solving skills
