Provides support to sales, customers and vendors through system testing, diagnostic assistance and making Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) improvements. Supports the user community and creates and maintains trading partner relationships with customers and vendors. Supports other E-commerce activities across all Sales channels.What We Offer:

Essential Functions:

• Collaborates with internal employees and trading partners to establish EDI & API connections from the customers back end systems to GFS’ backend systems.
• Analyze the customers needs and coordinates between trading partners and networks to provide the requirements for the integration teams to create mapping of customer’s documents.
• Provide testing analysis and support.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise to various internal initiatives and project teams.
• Participates in systems design and quality assurance activities.
• Provide audit on data feeds.
• Supports translations and transmissions/communications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Must have an understanding of the project management process.
• Must have the ability to provide an excellent level of customer service and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
• Must have strong presentation skills with the ability to present to small or large groups of customers and sales representatives.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must understand the importance of developing relationships.
• Must have a basic understanding of accounting and business fundamentals.
• Industry knowledge of Food Service and E-Commerce skills including various standards, trading documents to include invoice, PO, PO Ack, and Price files, etc.
• Basic Unix Skills
• Knowledge of AS2, SFTP, FTP & APIs (REST & SOAP)

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, eCommerce, or related field required
• Minimum of 2-3 years previous experience with EDI and ANSI X12 standards, content management software and understanding communications protocols, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• In lieu of the specified education and experience requirements, a proven capability to perform the essential functions of the job, as demonstrated by an equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant work experience may be considered.
