Our goal is to build and maintain long term relationships with our team and clients.Job Title: Lead Horticultural technicianAbout: Perform duties inline with professionally maintaining and installing beautiful gardens, landscapes and turf. Pruning shrubs, cultivating and amending soils, planting annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees, fertilizing, watering, turf topdressing and fertilizing, irrigation repair and adjustments.Outside of the technical aspects of the position, you will be required to perform duties related to being in a leadership position such as giving direction to staff, decision making, communicating with clients, design recommendations, and note taking.This position is for individuals who have a minimum experience of 3 years in the field of professional landscape/garden/property maintenance and may have some related certifications or education.We provide funding for education and professional development. We aim to maintain a team of knowledgeable and professional individuals with the goals being to provide a high level of service to our clients and maintaining a quality work environment.Funding for work wear and First aid training available40-50 hours per week depending on weather. Working weekends may be necessary during the busy spring season or to make up for lost time due to weather.Salary: $19-25/hour depending on experience, education and knowledgeWork Remotely
