  • Providing service to the organization in support of HR management
  • Ensuring the efficient operations of the HR department by coordinating recruitment and on-boarding activities
  • HR record keeping and benefits administration
  • Assisting with employee recruitment by creating job descriptions, conducting salary surveys, and screening resumes
  • Assisting with the Expense reporting program
  • Assisting the HRG and other Executives with screening applications, booking and coordinating interviews, completing reference checks and candidate follow ups
  • Coordinating the on-boarding of new staff including coordination of all necessary new hire documentation, facilitation of orientation processes
  • Responsible for the record keeping and administration of all HR data
  • Maintain human resources records, filing systems, databases and spreadsheets, and ensure they are accurate and confidentiality is strictly
  • Performing administrative functions and working collaboratively with the HR team in a professional, confidential and efficient manner
  • Other assignments as requested/required
You would be the best fit for this role if you have…
  • Human Resources Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources with 1 to 3 years of directly related experience
  • CHRP Designation is an asset
  • Bilingualism is considered a strong asset
  • Ability to multi task and work effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent organization, time management, communication, influence and negotiation skills
  • Capable of handling change in a growing company and working from the ground up on systems and processes
