SPECTRA is an ISO full service aluminum parts supplier with 5 manufacturing facilities in Ontario, Head Offices in Bradford, and due to a new manufacturing facility opening in Bradford and promotions from within Spectra, We have opportunity at our:Bradford Facility ForPress OperatorThe successful candidate will have hands on experience with running equipment, good mechanical aptitude with the ability to multitask in a fast paced manufacturing environment. A proven track record in supervision, leadership, problem solving requiring excellent communications skills in both oral and written English. The ability to follow work instructions, processes and procedures while working with minimum supervision on rotational shifts. Hands on experience with measurement tools, completing inspection reports as well as a good working knowledge of Health and Safety protocols.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
