Our Head Offices is located in Bradford, and due to a new manufacturing facility opening in Bradford and promotions from within Spectra, Has an opportunity at our:Bradford Facilityfor: Human Resources CoordinatorThe role will be providing day to day human resource support in the areas of onboarding and orientation, employee relations, compliance, and training. This person will provide consultative support that not only impacts the immediate, but also impacts future efforts to become a more lean and effective organization. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their HR career.Job Responsibilities: · Perform new hire orientation and provide a positive onboarding experience· Provide departed employees with information regarding termination of benefits· Perform exit interviews; provide feedback to management· Maintain employee records ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality· Manage company learning and dissemination of information related to employee health and safetyExperience and Skills: · Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field is an asset· Understanding of Human Resource principles, practices and procedures· Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment· A team player with a positive attitude· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization· High degree of professionalism to maintain company and employee confidentiality· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; prior experience with HRIS systems a plusJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:
