ROLE: ADMISSIONS ADVISORA great part time or full time position awaits you in! Our College is looking for an Admissions Advisor with dynamic skills in Sales, Administration and overall Customer Care.If you have high energy, love talking to people and being helpful, apply now!Position Hours:The ideal candidate has a vehicle and a flexible schedule to work 30-40 hours with a combination of weekdays, evenings and weekends.We are hiring for positions in Toronto, Brampton and Kitchener. 2 week training in Brampton required.(Primarily work from Toronto office with periodic days at Brampton location).Own vehicle needed to travel between locationsQualifications- 3+ years working in and exceeding sales targets (MUST HAVE)- 3+ years direct customer care and administration experience (MUST HAVE)Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Providing the highest standards of care in managing all College course inquiries- Facilitate Campus tours- Manage the entire enrolment and course registration process- Process and file registration forms and payments accurately- Maintain all student files digitally- Work with College Director and Instructors to understand scheduling of classes and all academic activities- Work with College Director in updating classlists and program guides- Other tasks as assignedSecondary Duties and Responsibilities- Assist as required with the set up and clean up of workspace for class/practical activities- Assist with industry trade shows and events- Maintain sufficient knowledge of school processes in order to assist as required- Participate in the planning and coordination of graduation events and other College events- Assist with marketing initiatives- Other tasks as assignedKey Competencies- high energy level- verbal and written communication skills- attention to detail- self motivation- high work standards- problem solving- organizing and planning- critical thinking- stress tolerance- sales background- administration background- mobile between locations (must have own vehicle)Supervisory Responsibilities- N/AWork Environment- Office EnvironmentCompensation- $18-19/HourEXPRESS INTEREST BY RESPONDING TO THIS JOB POSTING.
