Our world is data heavy, but we love it! We work as a team to get the job done and have fun along the way.As the Analyst on the Loyalty Program Management team, you will be integral in supporting in the execution of loyalty processes and administration of the central loyalty system. You will need to have strong attention to detail, enjoy working with data and are a team player. You are adaptable and comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks with a sense of urgency to get the job done and meet a deadline. You are well versed and able to present findings by speaking to various groups of the business on a daily basis.If this describes you, then keep reading!What Youll Do:

  • Support Loyalty Program Management team with designed processes to manage loyalty offers across multiple divisions and banners
  • Presenting offer details weekly with various levels of the organization.
  • Work with the Loyalty Promotions team with ad-hoc reporting requests and troubleshooting on loyalty offers
  • Be the subject matter expert from data to process to our internal customers, structure and communicate complex, ambiguous, and challenging business issues to advise the Loyalty Program Management team.
  • Support Loyalty Program Management with managing the loyalty targeted offer pool and maintenance of analytical models with current data and accurate item lists
  • Provide expertise and training to members of the Loyalty Promotions and Promo Integrity team on use of the central loyalty system
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for process improvement leading to positive, impactful change across the Organization.
  • Support Loyalty Promotions team with digital loyalty initiatives
  • Conduct offer reporting, weekly tasks and ad-hoc initiatives as needed
What Youll Need:
  • University Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business or other relevant field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a reporting or analyst role.
  • Strong analytical skills with Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL
  • Familiarity with retail merchandising systems and processes including Python, Teradata and Microstrategy is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced and changing environment and the ability to present findings to various groups in the organization.
  • Very high attention to process detail and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to co-ordinate with large groups on various issues.
