The incumbent will coordinate and manage appropriate purchase and logistics processes.Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating and managing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
  • Responsible to manage third party purchases and supply.
  • Collaborate with Sun Supply team to ensure a continuous supply of committed inventory.
  • Responsible to review backorder report and perform root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance to identify priorities for release of Finished Goods inventory to avoid market shortages or excess inventory.
  • To attend S&OP meetings with plants to confirm supply on track.
  • Coordinate shipments, inventory movements, customs processes and samples request for QA/QC & 3PL.
  • Responsible for preparing, analyzing and maintaining relevant reports pertaining to the demand planning process and S&OP.
  • Analyze forecast statistics to create consensus demand.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum College or University Degree in a relevant discipline (Supply Chain, Business Administration)
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning
  • Knowledge of logistics
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge & applications of SAP & MS office tools
  • Proven Excel skills including advanced data analysis and data visualization ability
  • Knowledge of APO
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision and track multiple processes
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good collaboration and team work abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced data analysis and data visualization
