They are responsible for ensuring daily targets are met, providing training and assisting with customers inquiries and live turnover.About you.You will join a team dedicated to working cohesively together. We look forward to having you on board.Here’s what you’ll deliver:

  • Supervise, motivate and monitor daily performance of all Sales Account department staff.
  • Manage and train staff to reply to internet leads and convert them into appointments.
  • Handle all customer complaints on a timely basis.
  • Assist Sales Account Specialists with live turnovers.
  • Monitor scorecards to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Monitor to ensure appointment logs are updated including no shows, cancellations and solds.
  • Assist with training new hires on processes and software programs.
  • Responsible for updating sold logs with prior day solds.
  • Assist in monitoring the walk -in log and ensure the team follows the 7 step process.
  • Conduct meetings with department employees to discuss and review daily progress, action plan and areas of improvement.
  • Complete necessary certification tests.
  • Study used vehicle inventory on a weekly basis.
  • Uphold all rules and procedures (i.e., support enforcement, including disciplinary action as necessary).
  • Understand and comply with all federal, provincial and local regulations that affect service operations, such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), waste disposal regulations, etc.
  • Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
  • Other duties as required by management.
You champion success with these accomplishments:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related dealership experience.
  • OMVIC Certification is required.
  • Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills with customers, vendors and employees.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in G-suite and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills with enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
  • A positive attitude and desire to grow and improve.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work as a member of a team and interact with others in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.
