Job DescriptionOsler is driven by a strategic vision to go beyond for our people and communities. As part of this commitment, we are embarking on an exciting digital transformation to implement a new, modernized hospital information system (HIS). Our dedicated HIS team will collaborate closely with our trusted HIS vendor (Epic) and internal subject matter experts to develop a fully functional system that will empower us to deliver exceptional care and services.Reporting to the Director, HIS Analytics, Digital Transformation and Training, the Change Management Lead provides strategic direction and expert advice on change management to senior leadership and project teams regarding the implementation of Osler’s new HIS. The role is accountable for gathering, assessing and interpreting complex information to assess organizational impact and readiness for change as well as develop and integrate comprehensive change management into project plans. We are looking for an experienced change management practitioner who can think strategically to create and implement critical change management strategy to prepare, equip and support all Osler team members to effectively utilize this new technology solution that will ultimately enhance the patient experience. As the subject matter expert on change, this role works at an organizational level with leadership teams, external consultants, partners and vendors to ensure change management is executed throughout the project to ensure user adoption for the HIS implementation and organizational transformation.Accountabilities:
