Job Description

UW Mississauga is a Promotional Marketing and Advertising firm located in the heart of Mississauga. We are currently looking to hire a Client Support Representative to help us achieve our goal of enhancing the consumer experience. Partnering with some of Canada’s most well known brands, we create, develop and maintain long lasting relationships with our customers by creating an unforgettable customer interaction. None of this work would be possible without our Client Support Representative team. Without their abilities we would not be successful. We are seeking a candidate that is people-oriented, thrives under pressure, and is driven by achieving results. Our company culture is composed of competitive individuals who are passionate about the work they do.What Do Client Support Representatives Do

  • Follow up with specific client customers to address concerns, answer questions, and build relationships
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and represent our clients with integrity
  • Become a master in client product knowledge to be able to accurately educate customers
  • Learn every step of the sales process to be able to close sales for select customers
  • Keep a detailed account of all customer interactions to be sent to clients for customer records
  • Participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback to further company success

What Does it Take to Be a Client Support Representative
  • High school diploma/GED or a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience working in other customer service, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • An ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment
  • A passion for communicating with customers
  • An internal drive for success and professional growth
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Must be looking to work on a full time basis
