Job Description

Commissions CoordinatorAs the Commissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • calculating and submitting to payroll the commission and bonuses earned by our direct business-to-business Sales Representatives.
  • maintaining compensation grids and sales headcount
  • issuing compensation plans
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly, review and verify the Commission System generated commission and bonus statements for Sales Representatives and Managers and input manual adjustments as required
  • Generate monthly Sales Performance Reports
  • Liaise with various departments such as Human Resources, Sales, Price Desk and Administration to ensure accurate compensation payments, internal code, pricing, and billing
  • Enter and maintain the profiles of business-to-business Sales Representatives and Managers in internal applications and the Commission Systems to ensure accurate billing and payout
  • Issue sales compensation plans BSS sales teams and track acknowledgements
To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • A minimum of one year of professional work experience
  • Ability to learn systems or some experience using systems such as SalesForce and Oracle
  • Ability to create Vlook up and use basic formulas in Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Mathematical aptitude
  • Some post-secondary education in accounting, finance or business administration is preferred
  • Good communication and time management skills

HYBRID WORK
  • This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office Mondays and Wednesdays each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)
  • When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required. Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools
