A recognized thought leader and founded in 1914, Canada Cartage dominates the industry by delivering innovative fleet solutions.Position SummaryReporting to the Call Centre Supervisor, the CSR will be a dedicated Customer Service Rep for several accounts and provide support to the drivers to ensure the timely movement of ground freight.Location: 1615 Clark Blvd., BramptonSchedule: Tuesday – Friday: 11:30a.m. – 8:00p.m, Saturday 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.

• Flexible to work additional hours as required during peak

What you will do

Customer service, inbound and outbound, emails and phone calls

Support customer enquiries, confirming delivery dates and times and providing updates throughout the day

• responding to customer escalations in a professional and courteous manner

First point of contact with drivers while enroute What You’ll Bring

• Strong computer and typing skills

Quick to learn software programs

Proficient in outlook and strong communication by email skills and etiquette

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Ability to work independently, self-motivated

• Able to work in a fast paced environment

Detail orientated, responsible and accountable

Ability to maintain goal orientated focus in a busy work area

• Successfully pass a criminal background check
• Strong geographical knowledge
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of the transportation industry
• Must have a valid drivers’ license and own vehicle
