Responsibilities
  • Taking inbound orders from customers via phone, email, and online
  • Assist with customers concerns regarding their orders, returns, and shipments
  • Provide customers with product knowledge
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate customers orders
  • Update customers files when needed such as billing and shipment info
  • Provide top-notch service at all times
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Tech savvy, Microsoft Office
  • knowledge of JD Edwards or any ERP is a bonus
