Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, hands on, efficient data entry clerk as a part of team.Delivering a high-end service to their clients you must be reliable, committed to the job at hand, be organised and have the ability to multitask day to day activities.Coupled with a great customer focus and a positive attitude this role will suit someone looking for stability.This role will involve:

  • High level of accuracy with data/promotion/order entry to ERP (Sage)
  • Processing deduction claims and rebates from customer
  • Investigate and dispute/process customer claims
  • Daily/Weekly Report to sales and management
  • Updating customers in relation to their orders
  • Handling incoming phone calls
  • Prepare office documentations
  • Liaising with brokers if necessary
  • Purchasing office supplies and amenities
  • Preparing and organising the office mails and packages
  • Attending fire warden training
  • Other administrative support and ad hoc requests
The successful applicant will have:
  • Proven experience with processing orders / data entry
  • Data entry skills (promotion/ orders) – Intermediate
  • Great organisation and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication – both written and verbal
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel/word/Power points
  • The ability to ensure all deadlines and priorities are met efficiently and effectively
  • The ability to work both autonomously and efficiently within a team
  • Willingness to take more responsibilities to learn
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $17.00 per hour
