Job Description

General SummaryAs the Canadian eCommerce Site Merchandiser, you have a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience while strengthening engagement and brand affinity of our Fans. In this role, you will help execute the strategies and tactics that have been developed to guide the growth of the Canadian online business. In partnership with the Canadian GTM Team and Global KOL Merchandising team, you will maintain an integrated broadcast calendar, and through your focus on the success of the Canadian business you will maintain the Canadian Keen Online website to the highest standard. Working closely with local stakeholders, including CDN sales, CDN marketing, CDN operations, and the Global eCommerce teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we effectively represent the voice of our Canadian fan.This position requires a blend of creative inspiration, analytical aptitude and a dedication to understanding consumer trends and demand. You will build your talents to monitor sales trends, provide seasonal forecasts, and identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity and profitability.Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurately maintaining the Canadian online product catalog, promotions/coupons, pricing accuracy, updating product images, copy, translations and other assets as needed in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Maintain the KOL Canadian calendar. In partnership with the merch and marketing teams, ensure product campaigns and events have planned and optimized landing pages, on brand and regionally relevant copy and imagery to support sell-through targets for the market
  • Responsible for bringing product and campaign stories to life on KOL (Homepage/Landing pages/Product Detail Pages) in a timely manner by following the KOL Broadcast Calendar and working with the US HQ Ecom team to refresh contents
  • Responsible for adequate in-stock inventory against planned campaigns and effective bulk management of same
  • Leverage analytics and reporting tools to measure performance, and provide findings to the team that will help guide site optimize plans, traffic acquisition, retention, and product or promotional strategies
  • Assist the creation of Canada’s seasonal email campaigns, in partnership with Canada Merch and the US HQ Ecom team. Ensure both general and segmented/targeted email strategies support both revenue generation and fan acquisition/retention
  • Assist in the testing and post evaluation phases of site enhancements, redesigns and the go-live of all new products and enhancements, ensuring that all details are accurate complete and represent a best-in-class experience across all devices
  • Support all ad-hoc projects such as promotional offerings or expedited go-to-market strategies as required
Knowledge/Skills Required
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in website merchandising or digital marketing/design
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, retail and merchandising concepts
  • Preferred experience working with a footwear or apparel manufacturer, or in the outdoor industry
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, strong organizational skills and ability to independently prioritize workload while managing multiple requests and projects
  • Working knowledge of SFCC, EMARSYS, Google Analytics Privy, Adobe and JIRA along with the ability to function within it preferred
  • Proficient in all MS Office functions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
