Live Assortment is a key process within our business that allows us to successfully deliver Planogram launches to our stores by ensuring key achievements and tasks are reviewed and discussed.Overview:Reporting to the Sr. Director, Space Planning, the Live Assortment Manager plays an integral role by facilitating regularly scheduled meetings collaborating with partners, holding them accountable to ensure key planogram milestones are delivered within the agreed upon timelines.Position responsibilities:
  • Facilitate weekly/biweekly meetings with key partners across the business
  • Provide recap of the meeting and action items with owners identified after every meeting. Administrative tasks outside of meetings (emails, follow-ups, etc)
  • Review corresponding reporting requiring discussion for alignment or action from various partner teams
  • Build and publish various reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) related to impacts or actions required based on planogram request details (ADDs and DELISTs)
  • Gating and processing planogram submission, resubmission, or maintenance requests from Category in SAP in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate discussions about DC inventory review and ensure there are exit plans for items coming out of planograms at the Regional/National and Enterprise level.
  • Manage life cycle status of articles for DC replenishment.
  • Recommend process improvement opportunities when potential gaps in processes are identified.
  • Support ad hoc projects as required to meet ongoing business needs.
  • Be an agile and an effective teammate who engages well and facilitates workload sharing within the team
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years related experience, with post-secondary education degree in Business/Commerce.
  • Grocery retail, Supply Chain and or food distribution experience is a definite asset
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to mediate and hold partners accountable in a professional manner
  • Able to effectively run multiple projects/priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Project management and/or agile experience.
  • Prior experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Proficiency with the MS Suite and Power Apps.
  • Proven track record of taking initiative in a business environment
