Job Description

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about marketing, social media, and connecting people, to join our dynamic and fast-growing real estate sales and marketing team. A qualified applicant is hard-working, detail-oriented, can multi-task and prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.This position will focus on generating new traffic to new homes sales by creating, delivering and optimizing marketing campaigns; creating content and managing social media channels; maintaining inventory of collateral marketing materials;; and developing and building relationships with our client communities. Prior experience in real estate marketing and sales is preferred.Responsibilities:Create, deliver and manage real estate sales and marketing campaignsManage and optimize social media channels with regularly scheduled posts, updates and content, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, WhatsApp, etc.Create and manage landing pages for new home projectsManage marketing efforts on web and social media channels including Google Ads and other advertising platformsPerform office-related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or managerQualifications:Independent and self-motivatedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environmentExcellent work ethic, punctual, competitive, able to juggle multiple projects at onceHighly disciplined with excellent time management and organizational skillsProfessional marketing experience is an assetProficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with web design is an assetKnowledgeable in design programs such as Adobe, Canva, Photoshop, Video Editing Software, Microsoft OfficeWe thank all those who apply, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.About UsCondoCircle. was built upon our threefold philosophy of professionalism, multiculturalism, and team work.
