This position will also backfill the MDRD Supervisor and T-DOC Instrument Tacking Coordinator when needed.UNIT QUALIFICATIONS:Successful completion of community college Sterile Supply Processing certificate requiredCSAO membership requiredProject Management Certificate requiredMinimum of 3 - 5 years previous experience in a MDRD role and project management experienceExtensive knowledge of surgical instrumentation of various specialties including endoscopesDemonstrated knowledge of activities related to decontamination, assembly and sterilizationFamiliarity with the function and maintenance of processing machinery and equipmentInfection and Control protocols as they pertain to sterile processingExperience with OR Manager PICISExperience with T-DOC Instrument Tacking SystemExperience with TMS programProficient with Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of CSA, PIDAC and ORNAC standardsMust be able to speak, read and write English fluentlyExcellent interpersonal skillsAble to function independentlyAble to prioritize in a very active environmentExcellent attendance, punctuality and work recordWill be required to travel between and work at all hospital campusesOsler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
