Job Description

On Behalf of our Client, Protrans Personnel Services is searching for a Receptionist in BramptonFull time Receptionist

  • Start immediately
  • Day Shift (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)
  • $19.50/hour
Location: Hwy 410 & Steeles Ave ( Brampton )MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND COMPUTER SKILLSQualifications:
  • Education Required: Minimum High School Diploma
  • Years of Experience Required: 1-2 years
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required
  • Knowledge of telephone systems
  • Post-secondary education and call center experience in a fast-paced environment,
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry are definite assets
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries
  • Identify and resolve client concerns and issues
  • Enter pickups
  • Coordinate special movement of freight
  • Trace shipments
  • Research adjustments
  • All related clerical duties
