We are seeking a progressive, modern leader that will put their mark on our company and lead our Eastern sales team.As a Regional Sales Manager you will oversee business development in the Residential, Commercial, and OEM market segments throughout the assigned territory. Sales to these customers will primarily include our Connector, Lateral Systems, Fastener, and Anchor product lines.Through insights, ideas, planning and initiatives, you will help move your team to create, maintain and extend our competitive advantages in the market. Recognizing the value your team brings to our customers and our organization, you will manage these resources effectively; building a successful team through effective recruiting, performance management and succession planning. Building a collaborative learning environment, you will guide others towards personal and professional development. Utilizing your organizational, analytical and administrative skills, you will facilitate the communication of policies and procedures, product forecasting, product transitioning including rationalization, and analyzing sales metrics.If career growth is important to you, we not only know how to help you with that, it’s what we love to do.What Youll Be Doing% Time Job Responsibilities25% Hire, train, manage, motivate and retain a sales force. Observe, monitor, evaluate and review sales team performance and progress. Provide training for personnel to improve productivity and career development. Achieve sales goals, grow market share and improve profits. Determine sales salaries and commissions.25% Grow our share of wallet with existing accounts by evaluating customers’ needs and ensure the company’s programs are suited to provide a no-equal experience while ensuring our paths to market are the most appropriate for current and future market conditions. Maintain strong relationships with key customers’ management.5% Identify new markets & customers and assist with development of programs to support them.15% Establish and review pricing programs and strategy that may also include product rationalization, product transition, and new product launches. Review and approve new customer accounts.30% Work with our Brampton office and warehouse teams to effectively provide our customers with No-Equal service. Participate in regular meetings with various stake holders on a regular basis and availability to provide leadership when required. Maintaining office time in our Brampton facility on a weekly basis will be required.Desired Skills and ExperienceIf you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes.   • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS/BBA).
  • 5 years of related experience and/or training, including management of others.
  • Results driven with experience in Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring.
  • Experience in Relationship building both with internal and external customers.
  • Mathematic Reasoning including business accounting, probability, and statistics.
  • Excellent ability to communicate in English language. Candidates with abilities to communicate in French language will be viewed favourably.
  • Ability to speak and present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and general public.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Ability to write in a clear, concise, organized and convincing manner for the intended audience.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
  • Ability to use computers and mobile devices including apps/software: Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SAP and other company owned/contracted software. High degree of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to ensure staff have the skills and resources to get things done.
