(Medical Affairs)TimekeepingProcesses timekeeping records for payroll purposesMeeting Coordination, Recording and Follow-upPrepares meeting agendas and provide any required background materials, transcribes and distributes minutes and follows up on action items for Research and Academic Strategy MeetingsDevelops presentations, briefing notes and memos for various internal and external audiencesAnalyze and interpret information from a range of internal and external sourcesProvides brief summaries of major committees, distills to key action items and distribute to Medical Directors/direct reports. (Medical Affairs)QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree required2-3 years’ recent administrative experience, preferably in a research or academic environmentFully proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (expert level)), with superior calendar management and scheduling skillsStrong attention to detail, time management and organizational skillsAbility to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to exercise discretion, tact and good judgmentProficient with videoconferencing platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, WEBEXAbility to maintain strict confidence as required when interacting with stakeholdersAbility to multi-task and work accurately and effectively under pressure, meets deadlines, and remains composed in high-pressure situations.Osler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
