Daily Responsibilities:

  • Retention Efforts: Check in with existing clients, ensure they’re satisfied, and provide assistance with any policy questions or claims.
  • Ongoing Learning: Attend workshops, sessions, and one-on-one training to sharpen your skill set over time.
