• Rogers is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to play a key role in solving complex business problems by turning data into actionable insights through conceptualizing, designing, developing and testing analytical solutions as required.
• Reporting to the Senior Manager - Data Engineering & DevOps of the Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) team at the Rogers Park Brampton and Toronto Campuses, this individiual will be responsibel for leading projects to migrate and deploy data to the Rogers Cloud Data Lake while building integration to downstream applications and reporting tools.
• This individual will be expected to lead the successful delivery of several simultaneous projects working collaboratively with multiple business units, IT teams and external partners.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review of solution designs and code to ensure alignment to Rogers SDLC standards and gating processes
• Design & Develop Data Warehouse ETLs and reports to meet project needs.
• Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to create / review solution designs.
• Drive value-added decision through requirements and design phases of projects to align with Rogers’ strategic goals.
• Overseeing vendor delivery of solution design and code to follow standards.
• Driving Process and Tool improvements to optimize Rogers’ operations and cost efficiencies.
• Develop solution standards for code, documentation and designs to ensure best in class solutions.
• Manage relationships and expectations with Stakeholders.
• Lead and participate in teams to meet fast-paced deliverables with quality and efficiency.
• Mentoring Rogers’ employees (SME knowledge, industry best practices, design standards)

What You Need to Have (Mandatory)

• Minimum of 3 years of Data Warehouse experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Azure Databricks & scripting experience.
• Proficient with SQL queries, query optimization and table design.
• Ability to multi-task on multiple high priority projects deliverables.

Nice to Have:

• Minimum of 1 years of Informatica Developer & scripting experience.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Control-M, PowerBI, and Tableau are assets
