Nous avons des opportunités pour des personnes travaillantes, énergiques et fiables comme vous.Pourquoi ce rôle est important As an Information Technology Store Delivery Intern, you will assist in supporting all of the day-to-day activities of the Store Delivery Information Technology department at Loblaw Companies Limited relating to the Front-End systems at LCL stores ( Point of Sale, Self Checkouts & Pin Pads) .The Store Delivery Information Technology Interns will have the opportunity to work in multiple disciplines including:learning how each of our Front-end systems work,working with our support teams to trouble shoot store production issuesworking with our vendors in finding root cause of production issues & creating functional requirements for enhancements or fixes ,working with QA to test fixes & enhancements,documenting new processes,review and update documentation for policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.Upkeep of content on SharePoint/ Teams / Confluenc.assisting with creating technical documentation for new initiatives and projects;updating project status within Jira backlog and Confluence;doing ad hoc analytics,and working on other technical projectsWhat Youll Need:Required SkillsSense of ownership and commitment and the capability to drive issues to closureSelf-starter – able to work independently on assigned tasks and initiatives.
