Job Description

At Massage Chair Max, we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our customers through high-quality relaxation products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our inventory is organized, maintained, and efficiently processed to meet customer demand. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team, implementing safety protocols, and optimizing warehouse procedures to improve productivity and ensure that we consistently meet our service standards. Your ability to lead, communicate effectively, and analyze processes will be essential in helping us streamline our operations. You will oversee receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping of our products to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage a team of warehouse staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and workflow.
  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Valid forklift license
  • CAD $25/hour
  • Being bilingual in Chinese would be a wonderful bonus!
